Yes. All orders include complimentary gift wrapping and are delivered to our customers in our PazAdessi signature packaging. Each purchase  includes 2 black velvet dust bags and a set of heel replacements.

Our shoe box is wrapped in a silver, satin ribbon with a personalized note card. If you would like us to ship an item as a gift directly to another party,  you may customize your card by emailing or calling us with your unique message.

The sizes shown on the drop down menu is indicated on every Product Page under "Size Conversion Guide". This guide will assist you in converting our shoe sizes into your country's corresponding size.

Paz Select is our PazAdessi affiliate program. Selected clients will have the opportunity to advertise the PazAdessi logo and/or products on their website.

We will provide you with a tracking code that links our sites together. When a customer clicks on the advertisement resulting in a purchase, we will reward you 5% of that total sale.

In order to become an affiliate, please contact us. 

You can become a member simply by purchasing a Premium Membership on our website for $149 (USD).  As a member, you will receive 50% off all PazAdessi Italian-made heels every month, for 3 months, regardless of the original price. You will also have early access to shop new products before the general public. Additionally, Premium customers will be invited to private PazAdessi events as well as receiving exclusive offers throughout the year!

Please note: the name on the credit card must match the customer's name and address.

Unfortunately, all purchases for our Premium Membership plan are final at the time of checkout.

For online purchases, PazAdessi Inc will accept merchandise in its original condition for refund and exchange when accompanied by the original sales receipt. Any returned merchandise must include the original shoe box, dust bag, heel taps and must be returned to PazAdessi Inc within 15 days from the date of delivery where your return shipment must be postmarked within 15 days from the date of your order as per your receipt.

With the exception of your item being damaged upon arrival or having received the wrong item, all customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

All shipping costs are non–refundable.

As a special promotion for PazAdessi's official launch, we are providing FREE (Standard) shipping for ALL customers until May 1st, 2017.

After this period, all members and customers within the U.S. will receive free (Standard) shipping as well.

Customers who are not members outside of the United States are responsible for shipping and delivery costs.

All PazAdessi shoes come with one set of replacement heel tips. If heels become damaged, you may remove the existing tips and easily restore the beauty of your  purchase.

If your item arrives damaged upon arrival, please request a refund immediately.
